The mission of Empty Bowls by the Lake is to raise both money and awareness in the fight to end hunger in our neighborhood.  We are dedicated to creating positive and lasting changes through the arts, education, and projects that build community.

Sealed Bid Silent Auction Items

There are over 90 items in our Silent Auction.  We selected 10 of those items for our SUPER Silent Auction– yes, a sealed bid auction.  We understand that some of you cannot make it to the event Saturday October 21, 2023 (and we feel bad for you because you sure will be missing something special), so we decided to let you join in on the SUPER Silent Auction.

Here’s how it works: 
You Private Message me (Empty Bowls by the Lake or Laura Kirchner) with your bid.  Include your name, phone number, Item number & title, your and bid.  I write the bid on our official bid form and put it in the envelope.  I will acknowledge that I received your bid.  I will share your bid with no one. 

** PM bids will be accepted until midnight Thursday, October 19.**  

The item will be featured in the event’s auction, where our guests will also be placing their sealed bid in the envelope. 

When the auction closes at 1:30pm Saturday, October 21, 2023, I will read the bids and award the prize to the highest bidder.  I will call the winner to inform them and make pickup arrangements.  Winning bid must equal or exceed minimum bid.
